S.S.M.P (Siavash Sojoudy Music Project) is a project in Progressive / Ambient / Noise music formed in early 2011 in Tehran - Iran by “Siavash Sojoudy”. Raised in an artistic family and he learned how to play piano from his father when he was 6. When he was 14 he decided to play acoustic/electric guitars and it leaded him to rock music. After university he started to experiment on analog synthesizers and digital DAWs to find the proper sounds that help S.S.M.P gains its own style into Ambient / Noise music. Because of engineering back ground it has some sort of scientific views to the nature of the sound and also mashing-up some ideas with ambient and noisy mood. Being hungry for any sounds that interesting for electronic music pushes him to study sound engineering and making his home made synthesizers for his own works. Modular synthesizers world is a mystery to him and making them by his own hands make this world easier to reach. Until today he published 3 official albums and he appeared on 2 V.A , 3 music festivals and 3 independent live shows in Iran
