Jutta Pryor is a multimedia artist working in technical, commercial and fine art sectors. She accepted an invitation by ABC POOL to act as a Community Editor and was engaged in online collaboration across diverse subject matter and types of media with a view to explore the development of User Generated Content. She gained experience in online collaboration with writers, sound artists and image makers both in Australia and internationally, creating experimental poetry films, sound films and projection works. With a passion for travel to remote places, Jutta has developed an interest in the collection of field recordings of places and wildlife and continues to be inspired by the possibilities and outcomes of collaboration with other artists.
The Crystal World, a collaborative work with Italian sound artist Bruno Gussoni, features one of her early morning field recordings of birds recorded in a tropical rainforest in far north Queensland, Australia.

Bruno Gussoni performs improvised music since 1970 playing flute, bass clarinet, alto saxophone, modular synthesizers and percussions instruments. Initially he was influenced by Ornette Coleman and other free jazz musicians, and by creative musicians of Chicago area; in that period he played with Don Cherry, Wadada Leo Smith, Jeanne Lee and others. Later he begins to practice total improvisation playing with Michel Doneda, Peter Kowald, Tetsu Saitoh, and others radical improvisers.
Actually he especially plays flutes (C flute, G alto flute, piccolo, and some wooden and bamboo flutes) to create a unique personal language producing experimental flute's sounds.
He don't want flute like acoustic instrument; he don't want it to sound like an academic flute; he reject orthodox technique in favour of un-pitched breaths, multiple sounds, harmonics, overtones, whispers, microtones, keys percussion, and other, all combined with breath and silence in a total exploration of the acoustic possibility of the flutes. You can hear a physical exploration of the acoustic space, beginning from the silence and creating a transformation of the soundscape. He play several models of flutes to have a great variety of timbres and a greater range.
